Before: "I reject the carport option (snow in Boston!) and the digging out a garage under the house option (cost and mess!). The next step for project manager is to list the activities required to build the space for 2 cars. I selected an underground garage, then one of the first activities would be to dig a big hole."
After: Change the text in bold to ….If I had selected the - Page 268, Activity F, Early Finish shows 9 instead of 19.
- Page 239 - The last two sentences: Please change the following CPI > 1 to CPI < 1 and SPI > 1 should be changed to SPI < 1..

At the bottom of page 187 The calculation is written, "Path Value = 0 x $100,000 = $30,000". This is a typo. The calculation should be written, "Path Value = 0.3 x $100,000 = $30,000".
In Figure 10.4 on the same page the calculation is written correctly as, "Path Value = 0.3 * $100,000 = $30,000"
- On page 172 the programming effort should total 81.5 (instead of 252) for the equation (10.2 * 5 + 7.9 * 2 + 4.9 *3).

The next equation indicates that you should multiply this programming effort by 3.1 to get the total effort for the project. Therefore equation two should read: 81.5 * 3.1 and that should equal to 252.
